Roof Repair Smedway sends Roof Repair specialists across Pickett who scope the actual damage, not just the symptom, so you're not paying to fix the same leak twice.
We also keep a written log of what was repaired and where, so if a similar issue crops up later, we already know your Pickett roof's repair history.
We also stand behind every Roof Repair with a written guarantee, so a repair that fails prematurely gets fixed again at no extra charge.

We match shingle color and profile as closely as possible so a Pickett repair doesn't stand out.
Cracked or corroded flashing around chimneys, valleys, and vent pipes is a top cause of Pickett roof leaks.
We trace water intrusion back to its actual entry point, not just the ceiling stain below it.
Every pipe penetration and vent collar gets checked and resealed as part of a full repair visit.
Soft or spongy spots usually mean the decking underneath has started to rot and needs replacing, not just resealing.
We rebuild ridge lines to shed water properly instead of just resealing over a failing cap.
We keep the Roof Repair process short on purpose — most repair calls don't need a multi-visit ordeal to get resolved.
A Roof Repair technician arrives on-site, usually within 24 to 48 hours for standard calls.
We inspect the damage, trace any leak to its source, and hand you a written quote on the spot.
Once approved, the repair is completed the same visit whenever possible, with a workmanship guarantee.
